Baked Beans Dorothy Petersen
3/4 c. brown sugar 1
T. dry mustard
3 c. pork and beans ½
c. catsup
4 slices bacon
Mix brown sugar and
mustard. Arrange half of the beans in
casserole dish. Spread half of the
sugar/mustard mixture over beans. Add
remaining beans. Top with sugar,
mustard mixture. Top with catsup. Arrange bacon strips on top.
Bake at 325° for 2 ½ hours. Makes 6 servings.
