Broccoli Casserole Jan Peterson

Brown 1/2 medium onion in 4 Tablespoons Butter.

Cook 1 cup minute rice according to directions

Cook 1 bag broccoli

Add 1 can cream of celery soup

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup Cheez Whiz

Bake 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven uncovered.
