Candied Sweet Potatoes

2 lb, sweet potatoes

½ cup brown sugar

3 Tbsp. Butter

3 Tbsp, water

1/2 tsp salt

Prepare and cook sweet potatoes. Mix other ingredients over heat until smooth and bubbly. Add potatoes. Bake potatoes in sauce approximately 30 minutes.
