Cheddar Taters                   Jan Peterson

1 – 10 ¾ oz. can cream of chicken soup undiluted

1 – 12 oz. can evaporated milk                   1 – 8 oz. sour cream

¼ cup butter or margarine melted                   1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder    

1 – 32 oz. pkg. frozen Tater Tots

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese     

1 cup crushed potato chips

 

Combine first 6 ingredients.  Gently stir in the Tater Tots.  Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.  Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.  Bake, uncovered at 350° for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly.  Yield 8-10 servings.
