Cream Cheese Torte Becky Grasso

2/3 box crushed graham crackers mixed with 1/4 cup butter and 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar

Filling:

2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 cup sugar

3 eggs - Mix in one at a time 2 cups sour cream

1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above until creamy. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan, then turn off oven and leave in for another hour. Sprinkle some crumbs on top.
