German Potato Salad Grandma
Petersen (Lil)
Slice 6 cups boiled potatoes
Add 1 chopped onion.
Fry six slices cubed bacon. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pepper and salt to taste.
Add 1/2 cup water and thicken with corn starch and water. Pour over warm potatoes and onions and mix
well. Serve warm. No
