Hillary's Cucumber Salad Hillary Isaacson

2 cups coarsely grated cucumber peeled & drained

1 - 3 oz. lemon Jell-O

2/3 cup hot water 2/3 cup cold water

3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 3/4 cup sour cream (fold in cucumbers)

1/4 cup tartar sauce

Dissolve Jell-o in hot water until dissolved. Add cold water and white wine vinegar. Chill until partially set. Fold in sour cream with cucumber added and tartar sauce. Pour into 1 qt. mold. Serves 8.
