Homestead Bean Salad Hillery Isaacson

1 pkg. frozen mixed veggies (cook slightly) 1 can red kidney beans (drained

4 stalks of celery cut fine ½ cup green pepper - cut-up

1 medium onion, chopped 1 small jar pimento, chopped

Mix and cook

3/4 cup sugar 2 T. flour

½ cup cider vinegar 2 T. salad mustard

Cook until transparent, cool then add to veggies.
