Overnight Cauliflower Salad Jan

1 head lettuce 1
head cauliflower
1 lb. Bacon, fried crisp and crumbled 1 onion, minced fine
Dressing
1/4 cup sugar 2
cups mayonnaise
2 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Pepper
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (the more the better)
Cute lettuce into bite size pieces, place in
bowl. Cut cauliflower into bite size
pieces and place over lettuce. Put
onion on top of that, then bacon. Mix
dressing ingredients together and place on top. Do not mix. Cover and
chill overnight. Mix right before eating.
